Happy Birthday To Me

For my birthday this year, I am asking for donations to the collective container that is our Universe. Donations can be any of/all of/not limited to the following:

• Be kind.
• Self-regulate and take responsibility for your triggers and behaviors.
• Make art and dance and sing. Do this a lot.
• Don’t judge.
• Love and take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
• Celebrate that every day is our birthday because every day is an opportunity to rebirth ourselves anew with intention and beauty and autonomy and kindness and love.
• * Rest. Repeat.
